  1. GEMGS13 is gemGS v.1.3 (dated Nov. 27, 1992) by Tim Gallivan.  GemGS is
  2. a GEM shell for Ghostscript v.2.52 on Atari ST/TT computers (source code
  3. included).  GhostScript is a public domain PostScript interpreter for
  4. the ST/TT.  Normally functioning as a command line based program, this
  5. utility allows you to use GhostScript with GEM (yaa!). GemGS 1.3 should
  6. be used with GS 2.52, while gemGS 1.2 is intended for GS 2.41.  Once
  7. inside the gemGS shell, you can:
  8. 1) pick the input and output files from the File menu,
  9. 2) choose the device from the Device menu,
  10. 3) pick the resolution from the Resolution menu,
  11. 4) pick the page size from the PageSize menu,
  12. 5) pick any options from the options menu,
  13. 6) click Run under the File menu.
  14. Now that sounds A LOT simpler than GhostScript plain (I'm not a command
  15. line type of guy at all!).  Color or mono.  Docs included.
